High School Apologetics Study: March 29, 2020, Logic

March 24, 2020, 8:00 PM

Last Sunday we had good attendance at our online Google Meet Sunday school class. It was a blessing to see everyone who was able to join. We plan to continue meeting this way until the COVID-19 disease passes and we are able to begin meeting at the church again.

In our lesson this week we are going to take a look at the topic of "Logic". Our scripture reading comes from Matthew 22:15-45. In this passage we see three different encounters Jesus had with some very religious Jews: the Pharisees, the Sadducees, and another group of Pharisees known as the Scribes. Many of Jesus' interactions provide us with great examples of how to think clearly and logically. As you read this weeks scripture passage, notice how Jesus used logic in His interactions with the Pharisees and the Sadducees. I also want to challenge you to take a few minutes to review and memorize our core verses: Ephesians 4:14-15.

When you are finished with the scripture reading, check out the Journey: Advocates - Logic video from Sean McDowell.

We hope you will join us for our Google Meet Sunday School class. I look forward to seeing you there! Kenny B.
